  They were FANTASTIC to work with. We ordered a lock online for a door. I was called the next AM (ordred at night) and was informed that lock model was discontinued and a newer model was created and if we wanted that. I said yes. I also said I needed it next day-they made it happen. The product arrived and it was sadly the wrong one. I called them and told them. Within that day, they sent me out a new on-next day, no charge to me and provided me with a UPS label to send the wrong one back. They made an unfortunate situation really easy and seamless. The new one came early AM and it was right! All is good. They were great to work with. THANK YOU

  Received the order, it worked. I don't normally review, but their Shopper Approved has nagged me for a week straight. So I am reviewing that portion. Don't use Shopper Approved, or at least, turn off the nagging email "Did you receive your order?"
